AUG 22 IRON PILS BATCH 88 RELEASE, first pour at 3. See what's on the board →

BEER BUILT LIKE MACHINERY.

ABOUT THE WORKS

A TOOL-AND-DIE SHOP THAT CHANGED TRADES.

Ironhop brews in the old Foundry Avenue machine works, and it shows: tight tolerances, no decoration, four flagships engineered to spec and poured fresh off the line. If a batch drifts, it goes down the drain, not into your glass.

The taproom sits at the end of the brewhouse, twelve taps, tanks in view, a food window run by people who take a sandwich as seriously as we take a pils. Tours every Saturday at two.

"Great room, better pours. The bartender walked us through the list without a hint of a rush and every round landed."

"The kind of neighborhood spot you measure others against. Fair prices, deep taps, and they remember your name by round two."
