Built for the slow hour

Flight opened in a former print shop on the canal side of town. We kept the concrete floor, added a long walnut bar, and built a menu around drinks we would order ourselves. The list stays short so everything on it earns its spot.

The kitchen sends out small plates until midnight. Come alone with a book or bring the whole table.

"Great date spot. It gets busy on weekends, so go early or put your name in and walk the canal."
